Craniosacral Therapy

What is CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch technique that uses approximately the weight of a nickel to allow for self correction in the myofascial tissue and membranes of the body, skull and spine.  If other therapies seems too intense for you, craniosacral is a nice option.  It is also very complimentary to other therapies such as chiropractic, acupuncture and massage and can in fact help achieve even better results when done in combination.

What are the benefits of CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY?
CST improves your body’s overall wellness, hydration, circulation and ability to flush toxins from the body.  It releases tension and strains absorbed by the body, allowing the body to self-correct.  Effective for people of all ages from newborns to elders, craniosacral improves resistance to disease and addresses a full spectrum of pain, illness and dysfunction.
