Our Massage and Wellness Team
Our Massage Therapists are registered and licensed. They are highly trained in the
art and science of Massage Therapy with extensive training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, remedial exercise and stretching,
orthopedic assessment, soft tissue therapy and hydrotherapy. They use this knowledge to assess each client effectively
to provide the best therapeutic care in an ethical and proffessional way.
MELLISSA

Mellissa
is a 2004 graduate of the Foothills College of Massage Therapy. Her use of traditional deep and relaxing Swedish
Massage techniques, as well as Structural Myofascial Therapy adjusts to meet the unique needs of each client.
Mellissa's massage is deep therapeutic first and relaxation second, her intuitive ability help make her treatments
effective. She is also a certified yoga instructor. Her holistic approach to day to day life applies to
her work and she believes that everyone should be empowered to make choices for their health and wellness.

Tamara
is a graduate from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. She truly cares about helping her clients and likes
to work on a ongoing basis to get results. She gets these results through Deep Tissue
Massage while incorporating Sports Massage techniques. Tamara takes a holistic approach to health and wellness
and as a massage therapist she knows that massage is one important element to wellness. She also encourages exercise
and nutrition for overall well-being.

Veronica is a graduate of D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in London, Ontario. Veronica's
massage incorporates deep tissue, myofascial release as well as relaxation just to name a few. Her ability to treat
conditions ranging from stress related tension, M.V.A. injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and sports related
injuries makes her an efficient and effective therapist. Veronica's massage sessions are tailored
to each individual and the focus is on recovery and maintenance of the well-being of each client.

Kim is a graduate from the CCMH Foothills College
of Massage Therapy. She specializes in combining myofascial, therapeutic, relaxation and deep tissue techniques to treat
a wide range of conditions, including Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, Sciatica, as well as other sports and overuse injuries.
She is committed to individualizing her client’s treatment plans by choosing the best combination of massage techniques
and home care exercises to meet their needs and goals. She believes in educating her clients about their condition
to help them obtain and maintain good health.

CHERISE
JACQUES ~ Reiki and Craniosacral Therapist ~

Cherise Jacques is trained in both equine and human
Craniosacral Therapy. Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch technique that uses approximately the weight of a nickel to allow
for self correction in the myofascial tissue and membranes of the body. She completed studies in Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
with The John Upledger Institute as well as somato emotional release (SER) and her horse Craniosacral Therapy with Equinology
INC in California. She has
her 3rd degree of Reiki. Reiki which means “Universal life energy” in Japanese is a form of hands-on energy
healing. It brings about energy rebalancing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. It can be done
in close contact or at a distance. Cherise has over ten years experience using Reiki.
