Therapist will work with medium to deep pressure to "break it down".  Getting beyond the surface to release muscle tension, get at adhesions, relieve pain, release toxins, improve circulation, and restore wellness.   60 minutes - $75.00 + GST 75 minutes - $93.75 + GST 90 minutes - $105.00 + GST RELAXATION MASSAGE This is for those who need to de-stress or just plain chill.  Pressure is firm yet gentle.  This massage will release tension, improve circulation, and inspire relaxation. 60 minutes - $75.00 + GST 75 minutes - $93.75 + GST 90 minutes - $105.00 + GST 30 MINUTE MASSAGE This treatment is short but sweet, a time saving solution for those with a specific knead.  $45.00 + GST 45 MINUTE MASSAGE A bit more time to knead it out. $60.00 + GST  PRE and POST NATAL MASSAGE A treat for moms and moms-to-be.  Therapist will use relaxation and therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs associated with pregnancy.  60 minutes - $75.00 + GST 75 minutes - $93.75 + GST 90 minutes - $105.00 + GST HOT STONE MASSAGE Enjoy deeper dimensions of relaxation while smooth, heated basalt stones glide along the body to balance the body's energy centres.  This hydrotherapy treatment deeply relaxes tired tense muscles, increases circulation and detoxification, and promotes wellness. 60 minutes - $85.00 + GST 90 minutes - $115.00 + GST Package of 5 - 60 minute massage sessions  $350 + GST Package of 5 - 90 minute massage sessions $500 + GST

The following services may or may not be covered by your health plan.  Please check with your plan in advance.  These services are done fully clothed on a massage table in a comfortable position.  CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY If other therapies are too intense for you, craniosacral is a nice option.  It is a light touch technique that uses approximately the weight of a nickel to allow for self correction in the myofascial tissue and membranes of the body, skull, and spine.  90 minute session - $125 + GST (recommended for first visit) 60 minute session - $85 + GST Package of 5 sessions - $400 + GST Infants and Children pricing: 30 minute infant (under one) - $45 + GST 45 minute child (1-12) - $65 + GST REIKI Reiki which means “Universal life energy” in Japanese is a form of hands-on energy healing.  It brings about energy rebalancing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.  60 minutes - $85.00 + GST Package of 5 sessions - $400 + GST Infants and Children pricing: 30 minute infant (under one) - $45 + GST 45 minute child (1-12) - $65 + GST FURRY FRIENDS Oh yes we do!  Our furry friends need to feel the love too!  A different kind of treat for your four legged companion. 30 - 60 minute sessions - $45-$85 + GST Prices are based on the size of the pet and the time spent working on them. If for any reason the session cannot be completed a 30 minute fee will apply.
