Mellisha Fehr, RMT, CYT, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach

Specialties: Lomi Lomi Massage, Energy Healing + Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Meditation, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching,

Since 2004, Mellisha Fehr has helped people "bring heaven and earth together," as a client once said. Over the years, she has honed in on specialized massage, yoga, and healing therapies such as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi or her unique blend of meditation, sound healing, and energy work to induce relaxation and healing. In addition, Mellisha's intuitive channelling abilities have been a source of solace for many of her clients over the years. She is currently studying to become a certified Sound Wellness Practitioner through the Sound Wellness Institute.

With a passion for holistic living, Mellisha also mentors people to achieve a whole, nourishing, loving life through her approach to holistic lifestyle coaching. You can learn more about her coaching here.

Crystal Parsons, RMT - Senior Therapist

Specialties: Myofascial Release, Orthopaedic Massage.

Crystal graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program in 2011. Her focus is to deliver balanced mind and body relaxation. She uses many therapeutic techniques to make her treatments effective and gives her clients a complete care package along with stretches and exercises to do at home between sessions.

Through her experience and continued training, she has learned to view the body as a whole, not a compilation of symptoms. For example, your symptom may be neck pain, but the cause may be an alignment issue in your hips. Her skills and outstanding experience to date means she delivers some of the best care and she looks forward to sharing her that with her clients.

Sara McDonald, RMT

Specialties: Trauma Informed, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Hot Stone and Energy Healing Massage.

Sara graduated from Makami College with 3000 hours. She had a calling to go into Massage Therapy after researching the power of touch and its incredibly positive effect on our nervous system, immunity, sleep, mental health, and physical pain. She has dived deep into the world of healing and believes in order to heal the world it begins with healing ourselves.

Sara is mindful of the body, mind and spirit connection. She is skilled in orthopedic assessment and therapeutic massage for specific injuries or concerns combined with creating personalized home care for clients to follow after the massage for best results. She loves using a variety of techniques and modalities such as trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, stretching and nerve flossing.

Lewis Fischer, RMT

Specialties: Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Assessment, Gua Sha, Auricular Therapy, Postural Correction, Craniosacral Therapy, and TMJ treatment.

Lewis graduated from the Orthopedic Massage Therapy program at The Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Having an extensive competitive sporting background, Lewis recovered from his injuries and became a massage therapist to assist others in their healing + recovery journey. Lewis's approach focuses on orthopedic assessment to provide greater insight into and how best to address it. Whether that be an over-use injury, postural dysfunction, strains, sprains, and automotive accidents, Lewis uses a mixture of western and eastern practices to ensure better healing, faster rehabilitation and maintenance.

To further his knowledge, Lewis in his third year studying Osteopathy at The College of Osteopathy in Vancouver, BC which he travels for monthly.

 

Megan Brecknell, RMT

Specialties - Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, IASTM*

Megan graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy's 2400 hour program. Before deciding to become a Massage Therapist, Megan worked in the health care field for 11 years as a Nursing Assistant. Because of her love for helping people, she chose to broaden her knowledge and perspective in health and wellness.

Massage therapy was a natural fit for its preventative/holistic approach to health and well-being. Megan addresses the body as a whole to guide it back into alignment and homeostasis.

*Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) works like a standard massage, but specialized instruments are used in place of the therapist's hands. These instruments allow more direct treatment of the soft tissues involved with movement.

 

Luiza De Queiroz, RMT

Specialties: Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release

Luiza graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in May 2022. Her focus is to alleviate problem-causing symptoms for her clients while also educating them on home care to further their healing and prevent future ailments. Using various therapeutic techniques, Luiza aims to connect people to their bodies to create a greater presence within themselves and their everyday lives.

She believes massage therapy is an excellent tool for injury and stress recovery and that massage, as a regular self-care practice, increases people's quality of life.
