With nearly 30 years on the path of health and wellness and a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004, Mellisha offers an intuitive, heart-centered approach that blends therapeutic touch, sound, and energy work to support deep rest and reconnection. As the director of Omega Massage + Wellness since 2009, she has created a space where holistic healing and professional care meet.
Guided by intuition and a sensitivity to subtle energy, each session unfolds in a way that supports the individual’s highest level of healing and integration. Drawing from her Indigenous heritage and diverse training, she invites clients into a grounded, nurturing experience that restores balance and inner calm.
A lifelong student of the healing arts, Mellisha is currently completing a two-year diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and holds a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, with additional certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Health and Life Coaching, and Sound Wellness. She has worked at and led retreats in Hawaii, Mexico, Nicaragua, and British Columbia, sharing her passion for body-mind connection and soulful living. At the heart of her work is a simple philosophy: to spread love through presence, touch, and genuine care, inspiring others to reconnect with their own sense of wholeness and peace.
Off the table, she’s an adventure-to-serenity explorer who loves travel, the ocean, writing, healthy cooking, and movement through yoga, dance, and fitness, continuing to embody the same balance and curiosity she inspires in others.

Since 2011, Crystal has been a Registered Massage Therapist focusing on myofascial release, orthopaedic massage, and deep tissue techniques to support mind-body balance and long-lasting relief. She takes a therapeutic and holistic approach, addressing the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms, and creating treatments that promote both physical healing and relaxation. Her sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, encouraging greater awareness, mobility, and ease in the body.
Grounded and compassionate in her work, Crystal values connection and presence in every session. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved cats, finding joy and calm in the simple rhythms of home life.

LUIZA DE QUEIROZ

A graduate from the Institute of Technology and Management, Luiza has been a Registered Massage Therapist and a part of the Omega Massage + Wellness team since 2022. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage, blending slow, broad techniques with focused work to support pain management, mobility, and overall balance. Luiza tailors each session to the client’s unique needs, drawing from trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching to restore range of motion and ease areas of chronic tension.
Outside the clinic, Luiza expresses her creativity through painting, singing, and playing guitar, finding beauty and calm in these practices that mirror her mindful approach to massage. She believes that connection to the body is essential for good mental health—a realisation that she found in her teens—and this belief continues to shape her passion for helping others discover greater awareness, ease, and presence in their own bodies.

Blending therapeutic skill with a grounded, holistic approach, Evelyn is a Registered Massage Therapist integrating clinical knowledge with intuitive, attentive touch to support pain relief, injury recovery, and deep relaxation.
With a focus on deep tissue work, stress reduction, and chronic tension related to posture and daily habits, Evelyn tailors each session to meet clients where they are. She is committed to helping people feel more at ease within their bodies and more empowered on their wellness journy.
Outside the treatment room, Evelyn enjoys hiking, swimming, ongoing hands-on education, and exploring holistic practices.

Carol is a newly graduated RMT with 2,200 hours of training and a passion for helping clients feel their best through therapeutic and intuitive bodywork. She combines her expertise in deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point release, myofascial release, and cupping massage to create customized treatments that promote both pain relief and deep relaxation.
With a calm and caring presence, Carol takes time to listen and understand each client’s unique needs. Her goal is for every person to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relieved both mentally and physically. Outside of her practice, Carol is a mother of two boys who loves biking and hiking in the mountains, sketching, doing puzzles, and building with LEGO.

CASSANDRA MUSSER LAMOUREUX

Cassandra holds a two-year diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy from the Body Intelligence Institute, along with certifications in Foot Reflexology and Reiki Level II. She has also completed studies in intuitive reading and shamanic methodology, and is currently finishing her student massage practicum to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Her approach is holistic and intuitive, helping to reawaken the body’s natural resources, facilitate self-discovery, and promote deep states of relaxation.
Dedicated to supporting each individual’s healing journey, Cassandra helps clients feel more settled, grounded, and connected to their bodies, encouraging a return to the bliss of embodied senses. Beyond her studies, she enjoys dancing, creating art, and spending time in nature and with loved ones, nourishing the same sense of connection she shares through her work.
